I am a therapist of Swiss-Peruvian origin, certified by ASCA – Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine.
My therapeutic approach focuses on the overall health of the human being, integrating the physical, emotional, and mental dimensions, with a deep connection between body and mind.
A period of significant stress in my life allowed me to make a real professional change and return to what deeply motivates me: health and well-being.
I learned that often, simply observing and feeling what we are experiencing is enough to initiate change. Any mental or emotional transformation has an immediate impact on our body, just as any physical change directly influences our emotional and mental balance, sometimes altering the very course of our lives.
Bioenergetic Medicine, along with all the disciplines in which I have trained, informed by recent discoveries in neuroscience, have allowed me to understand the natural capacity we all have to transform ourselves, to heal ourselves, to integrate ourselves, and even to reinvent ourselves.
It often involves deconstructing limiting patterns that hold us back and hinder our freedom to move forward—with direct consequences for our health.
Every day, with wonder and gratitude, I discover the possibility of synchronizing with each person I accompany, exploring with them the different dimensions of their reality: their physical, emotional, and mental state. Together, we embark on a comprehensive therapeutic process aimed at transforming their symptoms, pain, or illnesses.
Illness and pain can become opportunities for transformation, opportunities to learn, grow, and find a new balance.
My support aims to reactivate the free flow of energy and information in the body—a process that promotes cell regeneration, organic harmony, and the proper functioning of bodily systems.
It is in this state, free from emotional blockages, toxins, pathogens, and with a balanced pH, that the natural healing process can manifest, allowing a deep reconnection to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
